The Nottinghamshire Ice Racing Club (NIRC) is delighted to announce its one day skills camp at the National Ice Centre on Sunday the 13th June 2010.
The camp is open to skaters from all clubs and is aimed at improving the overall skating technique and ability.
Starting at 9.30am the camp will include both on and off ice sessions with NIRC coaches (please note, coaches from other clubs are very welcome to attend as well).

9.30am – Registration (Main Foyer)
9.45am – Seminar—Green Room
10.45am – Change for off ice session*
11.00am – Off Ice training—Concourse
12.15pm – Lunch
12.45pm – Change for ice*
1.00pm – Ice
3.00pm – Off Ice—Concourse
4.00pm – Tea
4.45pm – Change for Ice*
5.00pm – Ice
7.00pm – Certificates
7.15pm – Finish
