Almost a thousand skaters hit the ice on Thursday 1st April to help the National Ice Centre celebrate 10 years in the business.
986 skaters enjoyed the day with cut price ice skating, a bouncy castle, face painters, balloon makers and special guests from Cadburys.
Professional coaches were on hand to help everyone sharpen their skills on the ice and Trent FM did their afternoon show live from the NIC.
Ten per cent of all takings from the day will now be split between three chosen charities, When You Wish Upon A Star, Nordoff Robbins and CLIC Sargent.
