Here at the National Ice Centre we are giving mums and dads a helping hand to keep their youngsters fit and healthy. Now they can have a skate and refresh with the help of Britvic’s new drink, ‘Fruit Shoot My 5’, ensuring they get one step closer to their five a day!
‘Fruit Shoot My 5’ contains one of a child’s essential five a day portions of fruit and veg and Leith’s, who provide all the catering at the NIC, have announced that they will now be selling this healthy drink option.
Leith’s teamed up with pupils from Scotholme Primary and Nursery School to design a marketing campaign to promote the drink alongside facts about what else we need to drink to help us all stay healthy and hydrated.
The marketing artwork is being displayed in the foyer area of the NIC promoting a clear message that ‘Fruit Shoot My 5’ combined with a spin on the ice rink, is the cool way to a healthy lifestyle.
The ‘Fruit Shoot My 5’ range is available in three flavours – Apple & Pear, Orange & Pineapple and Apple & Blackcurrant – and is all free from artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners and preservatives.
The drink is now available from Icebreakers, which is situated next to the Capital One Ice rink at the NIC priced at just £1.20.
