Tickets and Times
We strongly recommend that you buy your tickets in advance of the session you wish to attend, as each session has a strict maximum capacity.
Tickets are priced between £3 – £8*
The rink is open every day**

Each session starts on the hour every hour (from 10am/12noon to 9pm) and lasts 45 minutes. We advise you to be with us 45 minutes before your session starts so you can put on your skates and be prepared for the session.
Overall, your experience will take approximately 1h 30 minutes.

Where to buy
Before you buy your tickets you need to have an idea of the day and time you want to skate. It’s a good idea to have a couple of sessions in mind just in case your preferred session is sold out.

*Advance family tickets can only be purchased in advance of the session and are not available in person on the day or online.

There is no booking fee if you book via the National Ice Centre Box Office or Victoria Centre Ice Rink Box Office at the Market Square which opens on Wednesday 18th November
Tickets booked 7-10 days prior to the session required, will be sent out by 1st class post at a charge of £1.50 per order.
Tickets booked within the 7-10 days prior to the day of the session can be collected from the National Ice Centre Box Office.
On the day of the session, tickets can only be collected from the Victoria Centre Ice Rink once Doors have opened for the session booked.
