Skating at the National Ice Centre

CHANGES AT THE NATIONAL ICE CENTRE

We are in the process of refreshing our skating timetable and branding with changes coming into effect from 4th December 2017.

From 4th December, there will no public skating sessions on Monday evenings. Public skating sessions over the weekend will be extended, and we’re introducing a new Friday afternoon skating session (5:30pm-7pm).

A dedicated area in the centre of the ice during the new Friday afternoon skating session (5:30pm-7pm), and during weekends will help pre-schoolers grow confidence on the ice at their own pace.

Skating prices have been simplified and there will no longer be peak and off-peak prices. Children under the age of five will be free and skate hire is now included in all ticket prices.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused to customers who might regularly attend skating sessions. However, the changes will enable us to continue to bring you world-class leisure facilities and allow new people to access and enjoy ice skating.
