You’ll also be able track skating lessons progress via the HomePortal; a feature which will enable you to view which elements need more work and allow you to view your development over time. 

Public skating sessions, themed skating parties, skating lessons and practice ice can all be booked directly via our new ticketing system.

Here’s how to get started…
Whether you’re a new, existing or returning customer, you’ll need to create a new account to book skating tickets, lessons or practice ice. Once complete, your information will be saved so you can book future tickets and sessions with ease.

Please read this important information if you’re creating an account and booking tickets for the first time:

BOOKING STANDARD TICKETS
As the lead booker, when you get to the price selection boxes you’ll see at the top that you and your price type is automatically selected therefore, you only need to select price types for the additional skaters joining you, you do not need to select another ticket for yourself.

BOOKING STUDENT TICKETS
As the lead booker, when you get to the price selection boxes you’ll see your name at the top with an adult price type next to it. You’ll need to ‘remove’ this price by clicking on the remove button then add the student price type. If you don’t remove yourself, the adult price will be included on top of your student price so please ensure you follow the process correctly. Once this is done, you can continue to checkout.

FAMILY PRICE TICKETS
Please note the new way to purchase any family price tickets:
1. Once you’ve chosen the day you’d like to attend, you’ll be taken to the prices page
2. Your name will appear at the top with your price type next to it. You’ll need to ‘remove’ this price by clicking on the remove button
3. Then add whichever family pass you need.

If you don’t remove yourself, that price will be included on top of your family skating pass price so please ensure you follow the process correctly. Once this is done, you can continue to checkout.

ACTIVE CARD HOLDERS
The Active Card price type is not available to purchase online on the new ticketing system. Instead, we’re asking Active Card holders to attend the session of their choice and book tickets in person. At this point, we’ll check the Active Card and add it to your account, so you can select it for all future bookings. In a nutshell, you’ll need to book in person once so we can check the Active Card, then you can book online for all future skating sessions.
