Latest Venue Update

Last updated: Monday 9 August 2021

We’ve loved seeing skaters back on the ice enjoying training and lessons, and skating with friends and family. Following the latest government update this week, we are keeping some guidelines in place to allow you to enjoy the venue safely and to keep our staff safe.

✔️ We’ll continue with our increased cleaning regimes and our staff will continue to wear face coverings
✔️ We recommend customers wear a face covering in crowded areas
✔️ Please do not visit us if you feel unwell with Covid symptoms, if you have a positive Covid test, or have been told to self-isolate
✔️ We recommend that you use the NHS Covid Track and Trace app by scanning your phone upon arrival
✔️ Please wash your hands wherever possible and sanitize regularly using the sanitizers around the venue.

We’ve also made some permanent changes to bookings and entry to the venue:

✔️ All public skating tickets and lessons must be pre-booked via our website. Unfortunately, you will not be able to book public skating or lessons at the venue

✔️ Please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes prior to your booking

✔️ Entry to the venue will remain on Bolero Square next to the wall (to the right of Bolero Square). We’ve got some exciting plans to give this entrance a makeover during the summer months – more details will be posted on our social soon!

Unfortunately, we are still not booking birthday parties and we’re not bringing back the Tots Zone in the centre of the ice just yet. Please know that we’re working on it and hope to provide you with an update in the next couple of weeks.

Thank you 😃
