Before you hit the ice you’ll need one essential item – your ice skates!
Pick up your skates from the Skate Hire counter, located next to the ice rink on Level 1. We have over 1,500 pairs of skates in a variety of sizes from child size 5 to adult size 15.
If you’re new to skating, join us in the Warm Up Zone, located next to the lift on Level 1. Here you’ll be provided with all the information you need before you step onto the ice.
You can also buy your own skates from our Ice Locker store, which is located on Level 2 by the main entrance.
Ice equipment, lockers, gloves, socks and hats can all be purchased at Skate Hire.
Our fun ice equipment characters are available for children who require assistance with their first steps onto the ice.
Penguins, snowmen, reindeer, ice scooters, bananas and seals are available to hire for £2.50 for the entire session.
Snowmen and penguins are suitable for older children or adults.
Keep all your belongings safe while you’re on the ice by storing them in one of our lockers.
Lockers are located within Skate Hire at a charge of 50p (by purchasing a token from one of the machines). Larger lockers are also available at a charge of £1 – look out for the £1 stickers on the front of the lockers. We accept cash or card payment.
Warm up in our rink side café and enjoy a great selection of food and drink after your skate!
We offer free WiFi in Sub Zero café. Plug sockets for laptops and mobile phone chargers are also available.
